DIY Fun With Rhinestones

I haven't done a DIY in a while, and I thought I'd post this nifty one I found on one of my fav blogs, Honestly WTF.   So easy and so much fun!  Here are a couple of my creations... It's originally a necklace tutorial, but I went ahead and made one into a bracelet since I love bracelets so much.  Learn how to make them here.  Experiment with your own color combos and have fun ladies!

Lace, Flowers, and Bows: Ted Baker SS2013 Competition

I love Ted Baker.  So girly chic, yet sophisticated at the same time!  I heard about their competition and decided to give it a go.  I wanted to put together an outfit that was a reflection of Ted Baker's British style, and what better than the sweet Ranni Lace Dress.  I'd probably take up the hem a few inches though :) ...  You all know I'm all about accessories, so I paired it with their Paisie summer bow clutch (I love the floral contrast with the lace) and a Gemston bow ring to finish it off.  This outfit is so versatile that it can easily go from a bbq, a dinner date, and even to an outdoor summer wedding!  Lace, flowers, and bows...  it's everything a girl could want, right?  If you're a blogger and interested in entering, you can do so at www.tedbaker-london.com/tedss13/!  

Candy Coated Nails

Nails are often the first to be neglected when you're busy...  But there are so many fun things you can do to adorn those pretty hands!  Start with a fresh coat of multicolor polish (It's funny how when I first started doing this many years back everyone was puzzled asking why I painted my nails all different colors, like I ran out of polish or something, haha)...  then add some cute statement rings!  And voila!  You've just turned your nails into art!  /
